needs of rail work.
Basic machine
The basis of the road-rail machine is a classic wheeled or tracked excavator. Dyrdus LTD provides
comprehensive service (including additional equipment for the railway version) and
access to original spare parts at the highest level.
Drive
The machine is powered by standard wheels in contact with the rail head.
Braking is performed using the machine’s braking system, also using the contact
tires with a rail. There is also a possibility of using hydral drives for crawler excavators,
trailers and other vehicles whose drive cannot be used directly.
Application
A road-rail excavator based on an excavator performs all the functions of a basic machine and is
additionally adapted to work on railway tracks.
Variety
Other construction machines and cars can also be adapted to work on railway tracks
trucks.
